1. Information Gathering
We process account registrations, uploaded resume files, education qualifications, and mock interview video logs solely to compile verified competency ratings for candidate matching.
2. Assessment Auditing Data
During mock exam attempts, proctoring metrics (such as eye orientation flags, face availability, and secondary objects logs) are saved dynamically to provide integrity scorecards. Video logs are encrypted and never shared outside company parameters.
3. Data Protection Policies
All tables are backed by enterprise network firewalls and SSL encryption keys. We do not sell or lease candidate parameters to third-party marketing entities.
